Ok. Sage is healing and wonderful for the memory. My son bought me Lagostino lobsters so I melted butter and lemon and sauteed sage with them and served them with quinoa and poured some of the juices on there too. Ginger has invigorated me. Watch for this show coming up with ginger, rosemary and lemon chicken with homemade breadcrumb macaroni and cheese.

First off, love Tiger Balm. Read the story I posted on their FB. I'm doing what I love because Tiger Balm has given me an alternative to my pain in my joints and muscles from abuse, where I settled for other over the counter alternatives that never gave me the full satisfaction. My head and body feel much lighter and in sink because of the lesser pain and in conjunction with my Glucosomine Chondroitin MSM my energy levels give me the chance to get some ordinary things done during the day. This plan of action also seems to aid my Hashimotos where I can have a whole lot more systems usually. Thanks Tiger Balm. I've been drafting music videos for two songs, "So Groovy" for the #teens #homelessness and the first minutes of  "Let the Tears Flow." There still needs to be distance between the second verse and chorus of clips but I'll be working on it again. I like the one's I chose so far. They're neat in their message for the song. Here's a neat song I'm working on called  "Let the Tears Flow." It's a work in progress and not in a professional studio so you will hear background noise. Getting closer to getting my interface and microphone. Very excited about that. You'd be surprised at what I'm doing to get it. I'm using my $4 a month rewards from Citicard Double cash for the very affordable interface and the microphone by using a Walmart gift card coming to me swapping out toilet paper and laundry detergent from my cash account where it's put aside for these items and buying it on this card so I can use the cash towards the microphone. The few extra dollars left over from my Citi rewards will cover the cost of the rest of the microphone - that's what might cause a delay. Hi! I came up with two new cute rock songs, a lot like the stuff I have with Factory Fast Records . I also updated some new ones. Hi Guys, I was able to come up with a great composition. I tweaked the original and am very happy. This is a practice but I wanted to share, so there will be a lot of outside sound in it. I will be sharing this with you once it's done to sell. The song release “We All Fail Sometimes” written by award winning singer and songwriter Lori Jean is inspired by world famous boxer Jose Aldo's life in a movie on Netflix called “ Stronger Than the World .” The movie shows hardship growing up with domestic violence and his forgiveness to it. Lori Jean comes from a place of experience healing from many head injuries from her abuse in her lifetime.
