Another black eye

Running from CTE

about the past

Tried to put me away 

after selling my soul and body

Still getting over the drugs

Still sitting here alone with my memories

No phone I can answer still

Or even leave on

5 minute walks around the corner

A few deep breaths

Is all I can be grateful for
