Society's rules don't address or align with teen's pains. If there is no proof of abuse the teen has to stay in the environment. Most don't know how to open up or where to go.
Some die.
To have a place where they can go to think, feel safe, and call home is important. To have place with no judgement, expectation, or time frame is important. Kids don't know time.
I know it appears impossible to get past these barriers, but I feel there's a way. Possibly I haven't given up on my situation because of them. I know they're our last hope.
