Ok Pooped #18songs #lorijean #practice
Just practiced 18 songs. Ew pooped. So good for my head though. Did the 10 for the upcoming album, which one is on a compilation release July 26-Just Like Yesterday, my 4 ballads, added She Finds the Chords Herself, and three from my #teensatcrossraods song project What About Good Old Eve, Wave Away Oh Oh Little Girl, and Johnny's in Mars. I have a great collection and I'm ready for anything. Will do Wave Away Oh Oh Little Girl, Little Girls, and Just Like Yesterday at the open mics this week permitting time.

Good news and bad news! I'll do good news first. You will be seeing more of me live. Yeah! ❤️ I'll be having my hammy self online performing more. I'm getting this cute DVD player and I forgot they play cd's now too. But most importantly is they now take usb drives and sd cards. This is great for me because burning CDs is always a problem for me. Sometimes when I'm done they don't play music. With me being able to just plug in my usb drive AND with their being a nice large screen AND good speakers I can easily load and pick instrumental tracks to sing songs to you. I'm used to not using a microphone now so set up is very easy. Yeah again! Watch for my shows and last minutes. I'll put them here as well.
Bad news is I posted that "What About Good Old Eve" will have a specialist engineer that will master it for iTunes and it will be labeled there like other artists at iTunes. I decided to give you a whole EP from iTunes as a gift, not just one song published. I promise the tracks will still be mastered for iTunes just through someone else instead. The standards will still be good but the option to have that labeled in iTunes is limited for me with this new EP. But I'm sure the second part of this is good news too. I look forward to finishing this project for you. ❤️

Well kids, I can safely say we are on our way. Finished the EP def. today. They are on their way to mastering now. Should be 1-2 weeks. Sappho was with me. Thank God. The spirits guided me. You needed them sooner.

From looking at the Mission for March FB group with Carrie Green yesterday I was able to come up with an INGENIOUS idea to start my Teens at Crossroads of America and Beyond in Scotland. The women are so bonding, sharing of their experiences good and bad with growing and building their companies, and consoling. It brought some blinking lights to my head this morning. It is soooo invigorating. Now I'm working on putting the steps into action.

6 Classes Down...Phfew!!
Actually just finished my Humanities piece for the day. 6 classes down, thought 5 till graduation. Ceremony 2017. Applying for Masters in Screenwriting for next year. Really helps my songwriting and music for my films.
